STABLE is the word for the DC area market. The 'bottom' was reached in most local areas over a year ago, but prices in many places are a lot lower than the peak reached several years ago. I love working in DC and the close-in suburbs. I can help you buy or sell in DC, Montgomery County, Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax) and Prince Georges County. My team also works in surrounding areas.

Born in DC, raised in Bethesda, I grew up barely on the Bethesda side of the DC line, next to Brookdale in Chevy Chase. My office is in downtown Bethesda, but I can meet you at any convenient Long & Foster office to facilitate your home sale or search. My team works all price ranges and communities in the DC Metro Area. We list & sell all types of homes - condos & co-ops, townhomes, detached homes.
